What & why information is collected
Personal Data: For the purposes of user access and management we collect users’ Personal Data, which includes: names, company details, email addresses and other contact information. Personal Data is also used to send IMS-related information to users.
Usage Data: For the purposes of user management and analytics, we collect Usage Data, which includes page visits, logins, downloads etc.
Derivative Data: Also for purposes of user management and analytics, we collect Derivative data, which includes IP addresses and browser types.
Unless specified otherwise, all Data requested by the IMS Hub is mandatory and failure to provide this Data may make it impossible for the IMS Hub to provide its services. In cases where the IMS Hub specifically states that some Data is not mandatory, Users are free not to communicate this Data without consequences to the availability or the functioning of the IMS Hub.

Personal Data is provided freely by each user
Usage and Derivative Data is automatically collected through site logs, cookies and other analytics tools.
Who information is shared with
Personal Data will be accessed by Hub Administrators and the Data Controller for the purpose of user management, user analytics and user correspondence.
The IMS Hub may share your information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, including data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service, and marketing.
What rights users have over their data
Should any user wish to opt-out of ongoing correspondence from the Hub, they can do so by mailing hello@imshub.net.
Should any user wish to have their Personal data erased from our database, they can do so by mailing hello@imshub.net. This will prevent the user from accessing the IMS Hub in future.
